You have one buckle on the vamp (along with three black leather stripes on the outside) and another buckle on the side of the heel. I think the platform is a tad too high but Bebe was probably going for an extreme look.

White High Heel Peep Toe Pumps
No, those are not Adidas but Bebe! This is a daring model with a 2 inch triple stacked platform and a 5 1/2 inch stiletto heel.
